Richard De Los Santos, Operations
Richard holds a Master of Mechanical Engineering spending numerous years managing and developing processes in industrial operations that developed materials used in both production industry and construction. Richard also holds a law degree from Texas A&M University School of Law. As and engineer at heart Richard focuses on developing and managing efficient processes that provide value add to all parties working to successfully complete real estate and construction contracts within the RealtorHouseRepairs.com platform in addition to its sister service SubworkNow.com
Bob Bohanek, Data
Robert (Bob) holds an Engineering from the United States Naval Academy. Bob also previously spent time providing services to well known United States technology companies. Bob is also a certified Patent Agent and has numerous years of prior experience in managing large scale data, high data communication tool management and video production/development. Bob’s main focus is ensuring that all data backend processes efficiently function for all Realtors utilizing the RealtorsHouseRepairs.com platform and its associated sister platform (SubWorkNow.com)
Anthony Villegas, Technology
Anthony is a graduate of San Antonio Codeup and now operates as a full stack (backend) developer. Anthony designs, manages and ensures all backend processes efficiently function for all Realtors utilizing the RealtorsHouseRepairs.com platform and its associated sister platform (SubWorkNow.com). Also due to Anthony’s unique past experience he acts as the de-facto product manager ensuring the entire team operates on the same page.

Renn is a student at University of North Texas / Blinn College studying history. Renn manages current multi-media outreach and marketing efforts due to his prior experience in working with technology as a student employee. Renn also manages the same with the sister service SubworkNow.com.
